You should use the Multi-purpose setting from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fti9PxUGCm and the mobile number will appear here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vSwmTJpF

Where can I find this phone number contact feature in Newspaper7, I am yet to update to Newspaper8.

Unfortunately, please keep in mind that feature has been released only in Newspaper 8, sorry!
