When I set popular posts of 7 days as sorting order for the block, it’s not showing anything. I have theme counter enabled. It was working fine but suddenly it stopped working. Any input on how to solve this issue would be great help.

Hello Syeed Chowdhury,
First of all, make sure that your theme has correctly installed via FTP way according to our documentation, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. This theme element has been tested and should work as expected.
