I cannot activate my theme and theme panel not working

Hi,
I have a problem after reinstall my WordPress. The activate button on theme option is not working. I have tried manual activation but the ‘activate’ green button won’t work.

Also I noticed that theme panel also not work with any click.

I have emailed to Tagdiv support with my purchase code, and wp-admin account. Please take a look as soon as possible.

Thank you for the support. I tried to upload the theme zip file using cpanel file manager instead of upload using wp-admin and its solved.
