Instagram stopped updating

Hi there

the pictures in the footer Instagram section stopped updating since 23rd January. There was no chnage in the Instagram account or website settings.

I tried to remove and re-enter the Instagram ID in thh control panel section and delete the cache but no luck. Could yo please advise how to fix the issue?

Hi,

The images seem to be accurate at the moment from what I can see

Could have been a caching issue, however it seems to work now.

That’s odd, because I don’t see the same thing on my desktop:

Although if I use a different connection (data connection on mobile) it seems fine. Could that be a network issue then?

Try testing on different devices or browsers, could be a browser cache issue. Also clear the cache in the caching plugin you are using.

I have the same problem. The pictures don´t update.

@cleciomayrink Please provide a link to your website where Instagram is present, so we can inspect it.

Thanks for the return.

I noticed that it takes some time for the photos to appear without a website. They do not appear in real time.

I see on the forum, this is correct.

I prefer removed the Instagram from the site.
