Rewrite Search Result Urls

Hi,

i need to rewrite the search result urls. Like i need to change http://example.com?s=africa into http://example.com/search/africa
Also need to add dynamic meta tags for search results
kindly guide.

I think you can do most of that with the YOAST SEO plugin, if you’re asking about rich snippets not already supported by theme, or special tags like category “section” tags and whatnot. Might be good place to start. Don’t know about changing the search URLs, though, since you generally don’t want those to be permanent links. I think the latest YOAST adds the search hinting for Google, but haven’t gotten into that yet.

Probably need to google things like “wordpress change search result URLs” and similar.

Sorry, apparently the “rewrite” / redirect options are only included in the “PRO” version of YOAST SEO, not the free version.
