Hello,
In order to have a subscription for, you will have to use plugins. You can then add the plugin shortcode in a row in the tagdiv composer and select the stretch row and content section: https://www.screencast.com/t/XrIAqyn1

@imanowil There are many free subscribe plugins that you can choose from. Search online for them and try a few. Take a look at general commendations
