1) How do I leave comments to people to subscribe to the answers? Usually below the comment form there is a field “Notify me of follow-up replias via e-mail”
2) I want that without my approval, comments do not appear on the page. How to do it?
3) I want to receive all comments on email. How to do it?

Please notice that setup configuration regarding on comment can be made from General Settings in WordPress. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qfU07kgQNo and make from there each change you want.
