is this a malware or is from template
When i install another template is working fine
When i desactivate all plugin problem persist

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins like Thea Post Slider which interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xQTgGRr5Z Please remove all of the untested plugins and use the default theme state, clear all the caches and check the results.
