Hello SeLoRe,
Please notice that the Scroll to Top Button cannot be disabled but only through the code, sorry! Also, notice that does not exist any such an option that allows you to do this. If you have some custom CSS code you which affect this button you should remove it, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello SeLoRe,
Please keep in mind that the button is enabled by default. The theme does not have any such an option for turn on/turn off for this button.
