Hi,

I downloaded the update and installed the new theme without a problem (by FTP).
Then I deleted the plugins (by FTP) and uploaded the new ones.
I didn’t upload Revolution Slider and JS Composer as I don’t use a slider or Visual Composer.

The website crashed. I have this error message: Error 502 Ray ID: 3ed5fd824c7a33af • 2018-02-15 05:50:34 UTC

I deleted the plugins through FTP and uploaded the zips through WordPress.
Everytime I activate td composer the website crash, doesn’t let me access the admin panel anymore and give me the error: Error 502 Ray ID: 3ed5fd824c7a33af • 2018-02-15 05:50:34 UTC

Please help

Of course I emptied the cache. Tried to disable/enable plugins etc… Tried all the basic solutions. None worked 🙁

I’m running PHP 7

Enable development mode from CloudFlare dashboard and then make sure you are using td-composer 2.0

I already fully disabled CloudFare. Doesn’t make a change.
How to make sure I use td-composer 2.0? I use the one in Newspaper-tf > plugins > td-composer.zip

Just did. Now I have a “502 Bad Gateway”.
Can’t access the admin panel of WP anymore

It’s either the website is showing and I can’t access the admin panel, either I disable td-composer and I can access it

I uploaded again the td-composer zip and didn’t even activate it and I already have a 502. Is it working on your side?

Try flushing your local DNS cache

if your on macOS – dscacheutil -flushcache

FOR Windows – ipconfig /flushdns

Can you check error logs for me?

I have exactly the same problem, and i tried to flush my DNS but I still have the 502 Bad Gateway error :/ . Can someone have the answer to fix this problem?
