Slider Revolution Previous Post, Next Post Navigation

Hi, I’ve seen this Slider Revolution feature on a couple of sites but do not know the setup and configuration. It displays a floating previous and next post bar on each post. When hovered on, it reveals the respective titles of the post. Someone help please This is an example.
