Where could I add an ad code below the comment section? I want some of my amazon products to show below my posts under the comment section.

In this example I use a do_shortcode to insert and ad below the comment (custom ad 1 spot for example), using the default post template (you can modify any post template you want)

To make it appear below the comments section it has to be entered here

but the ad unit is not displayed, can this be related to the used disqus comment plugin?
The modification will affect post template default from what I can see, make sure there is an ad code in the custom ad 2 spot which you are using. I have tested this using default comments, and it is working for me. Try placing the shortcode in a different position in the post template structure (corresponding loop-single file). For example like this

No, with such an option of placement, advertising is shown on top of comments, but it is necessary that it appears after comments
I’ve tried everything you’ve suggested and still no luck. I tried it on loop-single and template-single, in every combination before and after author box, before and after comments box. Nothing shows up. I am trying to get my Amazon Affiliates native ads to show up, but it’s not working. Works on the homepage.

If that appears then there could be an issue with your ad code. Does the ad appear if used in an Ad box? or anywhere else when entered in the theme panel ads sections.
I have tried again, using post template 2 now (default sidebar case)

All the posts that use post template 2 will now display that ad below the comments

The ad appears just fine when I add it to a raw HTML box such as on the homepage (at the bottom – https://www.livelovefruit.com)
I tried using a regular adsense code in custom ad 1 and still, no ad below comments after utilizing your suggestions. Can anyone else chime in here? I don’t know why it is working for you, but not for me.

Try entering the ad code directly in the post template file, instead of the shortcode

I don’t know what more I could suggest, if the solution is not working you could try a plugin to insert ads in the positions you want. The theme does not have an ad spot below the comment section.
