when i was trying to update my theme to v8.7 i found this message ” Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Help Team for more details. “.

Hi,
Where exactly is that message displayed? The theme does not display such a message. If you are receiving that message while attempting to login in your Envato account, you should contact them for help. They should be able to help you
