Purchased and installed theme – immediate 502 Error when accessing Admin page

Hi,

I have just installed this theme at indiapups.com – could not even enter the activation code and the admin page is giving 502 error. The server team has increased the memory/updated PHP version and confirmed that the problem is with the theme. I have deactivated the theme and now can access the admin. Please advise a solution. Checking the other questions – it seems the problem is with TagDiv composer plugin?

Hello,

For the moment please downgrade the theme to a previous version (8.6) if you do not have this version, we can provide it via email at contact@tagdiv.com. We are currently investigating this issue.

Hi,

I had sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com to send me the previous version. Please reply on that.

Further, if I use the previous version and customize it (layout/colours etc) – will the changes carry over if I upgrade at a later stage?

Changes made in the theme panel, created posts and pages, these will not be lost when the theme is updated. They are saved in the database. Sorry again for this inconvenience.
