Let me know is it possible to add multi comment system on News Paper theme.
If yes then let me know the steps to do that that setup.

Hello,
Sorry but we are not sure what a multi comment system is. Our theme uses the default comment system of wordpress only styled differently. If you want to change the default implementation, you can do it through coding or plugins. There are no settings to change the comments.
