Hi guys,
I have just bought the theme. When I install the td_composer plugin, i am unable to access my backend in wordpress. Any ideas why this may be happening. i have disabled all other plugins..

Hi,
That issue happens in certain circumstances, the coming theme update should fix the problem.
In some cases similar issues to what you are describing were caused by a setting in cpanel

– https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/cpanel/lets-encrypt/#How_to_issue_and_install_a_new_Lets_Encrypt_certificate_yourself
However we are working as quickly as possible to identify the source of the problem and fix it. An update will soon follow. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
We could provide theme version 8.6 if you would consider it, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi Simion,
I think I must be missing something… I’ve updated to the latest release but am now getting the blank dashboard when trying to use the tagDiv editor. At least it’s letting me get further than before… but still I’m unable to build pages…

Hi,
Try deactivating and deleting the tagDiv composer, then install it again from the latest theme package. Check if this solves the problem.
Check the theme system status as well

Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
that hasnt fixed the problem. I am doing all this from a staging environment. is there something else i need to know??
when i click on tagdiv composer I get redirected like this:
shouldnt it be more like:
???
What is going on?
Fixed: if you too are getting a blank screen when trying to use tagDiv composer, add this to your htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
