the module “popular catergory” I tried to adjust the color of the title text in widget section, it wont work.

Unfortunately, the Color Picker from there does not work, sorry! If you want to change the color for that title text you should simply add your color value like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XlKmjYQk and the title will be changed, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0x521zMUMk
