I’m using a Youtube background video on my site with the new Multipurpose stuff. It’s great, but on mobile devices it doesn’t autoplay. I know this isn’t a theme issue, it’s by design on the browsers/device side of things.
But can I set the theme to not show it and show a specific image instead (rather than a frozen video frame with ugly Youtube play button) – would be better for performance and SEO 🙂

I am wanting to know as well.
My youtube video background looks great on desktop. But the video on mobile is just a still pic from the video and the play button wont play the video on mobile.
