How do I get the text to insert the hard return after paragraphs.
In other words, how do I get my pages to look like this on the tagDiv Composer.

You can use text elements, there are some of them in the tagDiv composer

In a text column for example you can style text as needed. Use Shift+Enter for a single line space.
