I have activated a license! Can I use the theme for demo only on another domain, or do I have to buy a second license for it?

Hi,

According to Envato license terms the theme can be used on a single end product (one website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
You can activate it on a testing domain or temporary sub-domain if you wish, as long as in the end it is used on a single final website.
