Hi I want to display multiple categories with a photo with Block design. I understand I can list individual posts using different blocks but I want to display multiple categories in the block. Very similar widget is Popular Categories which list all the available categories without a photo. But my requirement is to have list with photo for each categories.

Sorry but the theme does not provide any block that will show categories instead of posts. You can maybe use an image box element and place images on your page linking to the categories. https://www.screencast.com/t/uL56wK1LIb
It can only show 3 images only though. If you need more you will have to create multiple image boxes.
