Hi,
I saw the multipurpose shortcodes on TD Composer. Is it possible to use the “icon” one on the main menu beside every page using TD Composer? In case, how?
Hello,
If you want to place icons in the menu, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
Thank you!
Hi,
I know that is possible with that plugin, but I’d like to use the icons of the multipurpose shortcodes on TD Composer.
Like those ones: https://tagdiv.com/integrating-icon-boxes/
In my case, not icon boxes. Just the icon to show beside the main menu pages.
As you can see in that demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_craft_ideas/
Every page of the menu has an icon. I’d love to do the same with Td Composer. Is it possible?
Hello,
The craft ideas has it’s own custom icons. They are implemented like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/Wz8IQMqvN2IS
You cannot use the tagdiv composer on the menu.
Thank you!
So I cannot implement icons on the menu in the same way?
Hi,
so how do I know what to write on navigation label for each icon?
Sorry for my lack of expertise.
Hello,
You can only see the code by using the browser inspector. The simpler way is to use font awesome if you do not have coding skills. Please use the guide I provided in my first reply as the icons on the craft ideas do not have any list for them to be used freely. They were added as examples of what can be made with icons in menus but the default implementation was still intended to be font awesome.
Thank you!
Unfortunately Font Awesome doesn’t have the icon that I need. That’s why I needed to implement icons like the craft ideas ones.
You could try the new icons from Font awesome
– https://fontawesome.com/icons
Together with the suggested plugin from this topic the new icons should work as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/font-awesome-error/
Surely from all those icons you will find the ones you want.
