I have the user registration active on the back-end of the site. When a user registers they receive an email but there is no password included. When they click the link it takes them to the standard wordpress login page, however there is no password.

Hi,
The theme has no email options, it does not send emails or has any settings for mailing. You will have to manage these either through the hosting if they provide such a service, or with a plugin
