The links you mention can only be removed by altering the theme files. There is no option to remove any parts of the theme. You will need coding skills to do it however.

You can search for these functions which you want to remove from the theme by yourself, and make the modifications needed for your website in the theme files. Note that these will probably have to be made after each theme update.
