In newspapper theme panel if i change any thing and click on Submit button it’s all time loading image show, nothing will happen. Can any one help me for this issue.

You should check your system status parameters: http://screencast.com/t/bpnfaltKJ and try to get them all green by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then try again.
