Hi guys,
I’ve made a number of lists without issue but my latest is having an issue where the first 2 entries only show the heading/image but no text, AND the first entry gets doubled over as the last (note: the back end is completely regualar and i’ll post it below).

You’ll also see that the first entry (pictured) says it’s #11… there are only 10 items on the list (this adds to my mention of the first and last items duplicating.

I think the missing content is because of the image I am using, because when I remove it the content shows correctly, however I can’t get the list to number 10>1 No matter what I change (even if I’m only doing 2 entries of ‘working’ information) it still order from 11 > 2
It’s driving me crazy, as the other lists on my site still work just fine!

I fixed it! For some reason something had changed (though I have no idea how or what) and H3 was being used elsewhere in the page template which threw it all out. I changed my smartlists to use H6 and re-formatted the post which solved everything (and re-formatted my previous posts of lists too).

Glad you solved the issue. It is always recommended to check the heading tags as smart lists are very sensitive to the headings.
