When Someone opens the post when a user goes to the bottom of the page. New Post load there and when he scrolls more the URL changes. In place of a related post and an author can we do this? If yes how

Unfortunately, the theme does not support the autoload next post feature coz the tagdiv team says it is a complex thing to implement with the theme. You’d have to try plugins or hire a developer to implement the feature on your theme.
