Loading comments on demand

For the sake of simplicity . Is there a way to display the comments form and comments on demand . With a button or alike ?

Or if you refer that if you can add a button which when clicked from user the comment section to appear, in this case the theme doesn’t have such a feature, you could try to find a plugin to do that.
