I have my “Blog” page set as my posts page. Therefore, all the posts display on the “Blog” page.
How can I set it up so certain categories DO NOT display on that posts page (which is for blogs)?
The reason I want to do this is because I want to have a Blog page and a seperate page to display News. My goal is to set it up so I can have normal blog posts appear on the “Blog” page. And then if the category of a post is “NEWS” it will not display on the posts page. Rather it will appear on a separate page called “News”

The simplest way to do this is simply showing a static page instead of the standard blog roll. Create a static page in the tagdiv composer and then set it as your homepage. You can use the tagdiv composer to show the exact categories you want on your homepage.
