Social counter youtube only gets to zero

Good afternoon, since I bought the theme, the only thing I can not configure is the social counter of youtube.

I have already put the two forms you speak to put
the RichardMaxTech ID
and the channel and even then it only stays at zero, how can I solve it?

Hi,

You have to activate the subscribers on your YouTube page in order for the social counter to pick them up. From what I can see the number of subscribers is not visible.
