Hi,
A large space is appearing on all my site’s posts between the author information and the body text.
I’ve highlighted it in yellow here: https://prnt.sc/itup8g
I am NOT using ad code in the “Article top ad” section of the Theme panel. I’ve tried disabling ads from appearing in this section, but the space remains.
Please advise. Thanks!

I have inspected your post pages and I saw that there is talking about an Article Inline Ad which is empty or not delivered, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GqQP3yOyZ Check the Article Inline Spot from Theme panel and add there the right code if you want to achieve good results.

Thanks for your response.
I think I may not have described my problem accurately. I DO NOT want an ad to appear at the top and bottom of my posts. I DO want one an inline to appear in them.
Currently, I do not have ad code posted in the “Article top ad” and the “Article bottom ad” sections in Theme panel. I do have code in the the “Article inline ad” section.
The problem is, this results in the white space at the top (where the top ad would appear) and no inline ad.
Please advise.

I have inspected your website and it seems that your Google Adsense is not delivered as expected. Check the Google Adsense department, tell the problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, please notice that will take a while for the ad to be displayed on your website.

I have removed all ad code from my site and cleared the cache to test this issue. The white space at the top of my posts is still there.
Please let me know how to correct this.

The container is gone now. It must have been the cache, not being cleared yet. The issue is no longer present.
