Please make sure you do not have any modifications in author.php or a conflicting plugin that also uses the author functionality of wp.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi, tried to deactivated all plugins and make all your advices, but nothing helped. I think this error appear, when i upgraded theme to newest version. Before that, i had a visual composer, not your tag div builder.
