mx24 on Big Grid Full 7 mobile touch to swipe issue

Hi guys,

I’m having an issue with the Big Grid 7 when viewing my site (https://www.trailandkale.com/) on a mobile device (iPhone 6s).

The problem is with the bottom “slide” row, where you should be able to swipe across with your finger. Sometimes if I touch with a big section of my finger then it will work, but not very well. The Newspaper theme example works ok so it’s not my iPhone screen. It’s strange that I’m able to intermittently get it to work but most of the time it will not. It also works fine when testing at the correct iPhone resolution in Chrome developer tools. You need to test on an actual mobile device to see the problem.

Please, can you take a look at my site on a mobile device so you can see what might be happening?

Hi,

We tested your website on both iPhone devices as well as Android, there is no problem with the big grid scrolling on your website. It can be scrolled properly from what we can see.

Can you tell me which iPhone device you were using? It’s definitely not swipeable here on iPhone 6s and iPhone 7. I’m attaching an image to show you which part of the big grid I’m referring to… mobile swipe issue

Also I see you have changed the design, and added a flex block below the grid. I forgot to mention in my last reply, I have tested on an iPhone x, I wanted to try today with and iPhone 7 but then I say you changed the page content. You could use that design instead of the previous one.
