Just Purchased Newsday, Health & Fitness Theme showing serious loading issues

Hello, Just purchased and installed Newspaper Version Version:8.7.2, Health & Fitness theme today. Have not done any modifications what so ever. Only added temporary Logo. Provided helpful Performance Reports below: (May need to copy and paste.)

Any suggestions to improve on this serious problem?
I noticed “slow loading” problems for many others. Will there be any fixes and will editing the theme with my colors, images and other additions cause it to run slower? Thank you.
