Big Grid Slide not working on my homepage

Hi,
I’ve tried severally to add the big grid slid to my homepage using tagdiv composer, the element just keeps loading. Please any solution to this?

Hi,

That could be caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements for the server and WordPress configuration

Check the theme system status and ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources, then check the results. Let us know.

Thank you Simion, I was able to get that fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the theme with all plugins deactivated (except tagDiv Composer). Meanwhile I have been trying to change the font size and word count on the Big Grid Slid (Don’t know the particular module and block to edit in excerpts) please help me out cos the words are too long and cover most part of the image on mobile.

Hi,

The big grid slide uses 2 module types, it is based on big grid 2. Big module is MX9 and smaller modules are MX10, so the excerpt settings would be these
