My social counter for http://www.pinoyhiphopsuperstar.com is not working. I already got the Facebook App Id, Security Key and generated the token but it does not display the 18K likes on the page https://www.facebook.com/pinoyhiphopsuperstarofficialfanpage/
Youtube counter is good.
Please help.

Try clearing the cache, that would be a suggestion you could try. The counter seems to to be configured properly. As long as all the necessary information is entered the counter should work

Good day
I already tried clearing the cache in Chrome, and even tried installing a plugin called WP Super Cache. I also tried re-installing the Social Counter plugin and de-activating other plugins as well then re-activating it.
It does not work on a widget form as well on my end http://prntscr.com/iwy0jr
Is there any other way sir? or can you access my WordPress back-end and take a look at it?
