Product Review Option..

Hi,

I am trying to add a few product reviews to my website, though the review option has disappeared.

This does not appear anywhere now – Just create a post and on Product review section you can create unlimited review criterias and rate it. Also you can write a short review in the Review description box. The theme support 3 types of review like stars, percent and points

Hi,

This option is located under the Writing Post Panel in your posts editor panel, like this: http://screencast.com/t/OoO892ccN7V
If you can’t see it please make sure you have it enable from screen option like showed in the screenshot, it should be there.
Please let me know what you find, if you still can’t find it please send me a screenshot with your screen options from your post editor admin panel so I can see this.

Hi,

Could also be a plugin which gets over it, please try to disable all plugins and also empty cache or purge files if you use any CDN or cache plugins and check again.
If still doesn’t show up please send an e-mail at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your wp-admin user and pass so we an check this, also send a link to this topic or specify your issues details.
