Two issues so far.
1) The page is almost always loading. It takes forever for it to stop. I did the Sound Radar import and have added 3 posts as tests. I thought it was the social media aspect because that wasn’t loading altogether so I disabled it under theme panels, but am still having the issue on all pages.
2) I installed the gravity forms plugin and when I hit add new it just reloads the page and repeats itself. This plugin isn’t compatible with this theme or what?

The plugin you mention is not tested.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Even with all the plugins disabled (which the only ones enabled before were your theme plugins and Gravity forms) the issue still persists. Let me know if you guys can login and look at it yourself to resolve please.

Remove or replace any images you find there.
If there is still an issue, the link you provided does not work anymore, we will inspect the website and see what else could be causing the issue. Let us know as soon as possible.
All fixed. Surprised that Gravity Forms doens’t work with your theme tho. It’s a pretty popular plugin that I’ve paid a developer license for.
