Hello, my main menu bar does not show when the page first loads (desktop). As I scroll down and back up, it populates. Please advise.

It seems to be very strange behavior. Try to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results. The main menu should works as expected. Most likely, the problem is only on your side, sorry!
