Images are not being displayed well in my website and Media Library

Hi, since a couple of weeks ago the Media Library is not working well, because it’s not allowing to upload well the images I need for my articles and the modules within the website.

I really need your support in this because the homepage doesn’t look well because of that reason.

Hello Eric,

Here is talking about some permission to your server. Check The GD Library to be enabled on your dedicated server and ensure that you have permissions to upload images to your Media Library. Otherwise, you should contact your hosting provider and request to give permissions for this. Notice that problem comes from your dedicated server and not from our theme, sorry!

Thanks a lot for answer on my request.

But I have a couple of questions, how I can check the GD Library to be enabled on my dedicated server?, and how I can ensure that I have permissions to upload images to my Media Library?

But my main question is if it’s everything was working fine, why suddenly those permissions changed?
