Sub menu categories order

How can I change the order of appearance of each item, please?
As they seem to be ordered alphabetically

Hello denamer,

Unfortunately, the default order for subcategories displayed in the mega menu is alphabetical. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the categories order, you will need custom modifications for this.
I suggest trying this plugin Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order as I saw that many users use it to change the categories order.
