Tagdiv page builder doesn't load

Hi,
I was editing a page with tagdiv builder, then canceled my changes.
When back to the tagdiv builder, but it doesn’t load any more, there is just a rotating wheel in middle of the screen. I really didn’t do anything particular.

I tried on multiple browsers / computers and and it does it on all. It just keeps loading without displaying any error message.

On the console I see this javascript error: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘d[0].shortcode’)

How to fix this?

Tried to uninstall and reinstall theme, same problem.

Also I tried to disable all plugins: it doesn’t help.

Exactly the same problem, just the spinning wheel.
Have left to load for over 30 minutes and nothing, hope this can get resolved asap as it limits the changes we can make to the site at the moment..

1. Firstly – disable all untested plugins.

2. Please check the server minimum requirements to be met, system status parameters to be increased according to documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

WP Super Cache – caching plugin
Contact form 7 – used to make contact forms

Font Awesome 4 Menus – icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Wp User Avatar – Change users avatars
Jetpack – plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site

As I said, this was tested already with ALL plugins disabled, and it didn’t solve the problem.

On minimum requirement, I indeed had max_input_vars that was 1000 (now increased to 5000). Could that have been the issue?

I couldn’t wait and had to reinstall the entire site, so I cannot check if this solves the issue. If the problem happens again, I will post here.

Doesn’t the JS error I reported above, help point to the issue?
