Hi, can’t install a demo, it shows an overlay and nothing happens.

Hi,
Please check the theme requirements first

Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources as mentioned in the guide. Then try to install a demo again. Additionally you could try deactivating all other plugins except theme plugins before attempting to install a demo. Let us know if there is still a problem.

Hi, still doesn’t work. The requirements are met, there’re no other plugins except the theme’s.
