I’ve searched a lot of posts here about removing the authors name, but it all seems confusing. Can you tell me how to remove it from all posts?

If You Want to disable author name on the top of article or page, you can try this one
- Login into your wordpress dashboard.
- Go to the Newsmag > Theme panel > POST SETTINGS
- In POST SETTINGS, you can click Post and Custom Post Types, and than you can disable SHOW AUTHOR NAME
I hope it works.

I moved from wp bakery o tag div composer and your solution does not work..any work around?

Please notice that all the settings, in this case, can be found in Theme panel, here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cAkGVMahc After you have set up all of your desired changes from Theme panel, try to clear all the caches and check the results.
