Newspaper – Theme panel chosen options are not updated

Hi all!

Firstly, thank you for creating this great theme. It’s the best magazine theme for WP I have ever seen by far!

I have just one problem and I don’t know what’s causing it. I selected all my options in the Theme panel but those are not appearing in my website. I cleaned the cache but they are still not showing up. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

Thanks for your appreciation.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If the issue is still there afterwards, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Thank you, Bogdan! I will try to do it again.

Btw, I tried to activate the plugin WP Super Cache but couldn’t do it. I get this message: “This plugin is not allowed on our system due to performance, security, or compatibility concerns. Please contact support with any questions.”

Is this normal?

Please contact your host and ask about blacklisted plugins. Here is an example from godaddy: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/blacklisted-plugins-8964

Thank you, Bogdan. That was exactly the issue, GoDaddy has already a plugin to do that job.
