Theme panel Save Settings not working

Hi,

After I try to change the font for post title, the theme panel is not saving as it used to, the indicator spins and spins but never finish saving. I reload and try to change other settings but get same outcome, the saving indicator just keep spinning.

I have follow according the requested setting except for Suhosin.

The theme status show this two notification:

SUHOSIN Installed SUHOSIN is installed – it may cause problems with saving the theme panel if it’s not properly configured. You have to increase the suhosin.post.max_vars and suhosin.request.max_vars parameters to 2000 or more. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.

suhosin.post.max_vars 1000
suhosin.request.max_vars 1000

I check on PHP.ini but is not there, where is it and how can I modify it?

Can I add this parameters straight forward to PHP.ini =

suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000 suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000

An also to .htaccess =

php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 5000 php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 5000
