Is it possible to somehow use one demo for the main of my site but another demo for a specific page of my site I have newspaper 8.7? i would like to use the black version for most of my site but for the food page i would like to use the recipe demo. can i do that?

Sorry but the demos can only be activated across the whole site. You cannot have one demo on a page and another demo on another page. This can only be achieved in a multi-site environment and redirects back and forth between the 2 installs.

Thank you for answering my question. I can install it multi-sight then give links in my main menus. I was just hoping I could do it under a single WordPress install or site. It might be easier to keep things organized with the site being multi-sites as well. Again Thanks.
Maybe that’s something Newspaper can do in the future have the function to use multiple demos at the same time and can pick and choose which pages of the site use which demo. I almost had it working using the multiple theme plugin from the WordPress plugin site.
For the moment we do not have such plans, but if this request becomes more popular we will consider implementing it into our theme. We have lots of request and have to prioritize based on popularity.
