It seems that the Facebook access token is not automatically entered, it should be as soon as you click the get access token link. Sometimes this fails, you could try to receive the access token using this website (check bottom section)

That should work, then enter it in the social counter and there will be no problem. I will remove the Facebook related information you provided, this is a public forum.

Then there would be nothing that can be done at the moment. There will be such cases unfortunately, this is due to changes made by Facebook on their end regarding privacy and access to user data, not a theme issue
