Entire website is appearing incorrect on desktop!

I cannot see any issues on your site apart from a bit of spacing around this block: https://www.screencast.com/t/lHFJi34S
But that is because the sidebar block shows content longer than the main section. Limit the sidebar block with less posts and the spacing will be gone.
