Hi i have uploaded trailer in the media library and it dose show in the library but when url is taken and added in the adress bar it says it can’t find page.
i have also added the url in the extern video player it dose show.
is there a limit

Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Ensure that your video has been correctly added according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ Notice that the theme does not allow you to add any video (trailer) in the media library, sorry! You should find such a plugin with this functionality and check the results.

It seems to me the plugin does not support special characters in the url. Please note the plugin is not tested with our theme so we cannot offer any insight into this issue. Please also test on a WP default theme.

Update: i talked to the developer of video plugin and it works fir him but not for me, the theme is the problem he siads.

Do you have tried to disable this plugin and check the results without it? Please keep in mind that the first step for WordPress debugging is to disable all the untested plugins at the first time. We cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Yes I have disabled all the plugin and still It show that the page not found when I add https://filmnytt.se/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Äntligen-Midsommar-HD-720p.mp4 in the browser adress bar and when added into a page and it still shows

Please notice that I have made a test on my side, I have added a video to our media library and it seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/R3gFggxn5vI -> https://www.screencast.com/t/E3G3IXzkg9 Try to change the name of it because I saw that you have some language symbols and probably that’s why it will do not work. Resave your permalinks and check the results.

Yes, video files that dose not contain letters åäö works perfectly on my end as well, those video names that has letters åäö in them dose not work.

I have inspected your screenshot and I noticed that problem has happened on Safari browser because you are using some specific language symbols to the title of your video which Safari (Apple devices) does not recognize and the URL will be broke.
If you want to avoid this problem you should rename all your videos which have these symbols because the Safari browsers will interpret in other way and your URL will be break and that’s why you bring these errors, sorry!
